These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Effektiv House Corp. ("Effektiv House") and govern your use of this website.

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms.

Who may use the Site.

The Site is intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to order or use the Site.

 What’s not allowed.

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any current or future laws, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances, executive orders, or other requirements from governmental or judicial authorities (“Applicable Laws”).
• Submit, provide, or upload any text, images, video, or other materials (“Your Information”) that are unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that could violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights, or infringe on any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) or other proprietary rights of a third party.
• Submit any personal information, including names or email addresses, of other individuals.
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or include false or misleading information in Your Information.
• Attempt to breach or violate the security of the Site, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Site.
• Use automated methods or other unauthorized means to “scrape” information from the Site.

Your privacy.

Your use of the Site is governed by Effektiv House's privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to Effektiv House's collection, sharing, and use of information as outlined in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms.

Effektiv House may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on the Site. However, (i) the changes will become effective and binding upon you only after Effektiv House notifies you on the Site that the Terms have been updated, and you use the Site after the posting date, (ii) the changes will apply only to your use of the Site, after the changes take effect. If you find these Terms unacceptable at any time, and you do not agree with them, you will no longer have the right to use or access the Site.

Your address, telephone number, and email address;

a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; A description of where the alleged infringing material is located;

a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Termination.

We reserve the right, in addition to any other legal or equitable rights and remedies available to us, to terminate these Terms, your access to the Site at our discretion if you fail to comply with any of the provisions in these Terms.

Miscellaneous.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Idaho, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho. Effektiv House may seek equitable relief in addition to monetary damages in case of a breach. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means including but not limited to. References to "we" or "our" refer to Effektiv House, and references to "you" or "your" refer to you individually or the entity you represent. Notices to you will be sent to the most recent email address we have for you.
